After a string of five wins, Westlake Christian Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trinity Oaks Christian Academy Huskies. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, with their most recent loss being a 2-0 defeat back in April.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-15.

Johno Ledr paced Westlake Christian Academy's offense, picking up three kills. Ledr also shared the team's lead in assists with Josh Cook: they picked up five each.

Westlake Christian Academy now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Trinity Oaks Christian Academy, the win was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-3.
