Volleyball Recap: Los Alamitos Takes a Loss

Los Alamitos was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Edison Chargers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Chargers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in March.

Los Alamitos couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Edison a tough time in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-16, 32-30, 17-25, 15-12.

Los Alamitos' loss dropped their record down to 16-15. As for Edison, their win bumped their record up to 13-16.

As of now, neither Los Alamitos nor the Chargers have any future games scheduled.
