Basketball Game Preview: Selkirk Rangers vs. Cusick Panthers

Selkirk is 0-10 against Cusick since January of 2020 but things could change on Thursday. The Selkirk Rangers will square off against the Cusick Panthers at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Selkirk came up short against Inchelium and fell 63-53.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Cusick's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They took a 61-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of Oakesdale.

Cusick's loss dropped their record down to 9-3. As for Selkirk, they now have a losing record at 6-7.

Selkirk took a serious blow against Cusick in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, falling 73-44. Can Selkirk avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
