Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Cooper Ness stepped things up a notch to give Wadena-Deer Creek the 'W'. Ness wasn't messing around, going 1-for-5 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. The contest was his fourth straight with at least one stolen base.

Ness and Wadena-Deer Creek will square off against Sebeka at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
