Conemaugh Township had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They took their game with ease, bagging a 67-31 win over the Homer-Center Wildcats. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Conemaugh Township's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Stephen Stango, who went 6-for-9 on his way to 17 points in addition to eight steals and six assists. The matchup was Stango's third in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Colin Dinyar, who shot 48% from the field to rack up 21 points along with seven boards and four steals.
