Soccer Recap: Faith Christian Takes a Loss

After soaring to eight goals the game before, Faith Christian was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Logansport Berries by a score of 2-1.

Faith Christian's goal came courtesy of Chase Mooneyhan, who's now up to 11 this season.

Faith Christian's loss dropped their record down to 12-3. As for Logansport, the win keeps them at an undefeated 14-0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Faith Christian will venture away from home to square off against Lafayette Jefferson at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Faith Christian will be up against Lafayette Jefferson's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.64 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Logansport, they will head out to face off against Culver Academies at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Logansport are facing Culver Academies at the right time seeing as Culver Academies are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
