Lawton Hickman put up the most hits he's had since back in April of 2024 on Thursday. He went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. He has become a key player for Western Harnett: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 2-12 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Hickman and Western Harnett will take on Triton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hickman had to take a loss the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their matchup back in April of 2024 5-2.
