East Prairie is still undefeated this season after their contest against New Madrid County Central on Saturday, but New Madrid County Central came as close as anyone has to beating them. East Prairie came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 7-6 W against New Madrid County Central. Jonna Rice made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 2.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one double and one RBI.
