Football Recap: Mountain View Buffalos vs. Glenrock Herders

Mountain View had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They breezed past the Glenrock Herders to the tune of 79-20 on Friday. The Buffalos' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Jackson Sawyer was his usual excellent self, rushing for 168 yards and four TDs on only eight carries. His longest rush was for an incredible 72 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Justus Platts, who rushed for 55 yards and a pair of scores.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Mountain View was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 421 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
