Hawkins is 8-2 against Locke since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Hawkins Hawks will take on the Locke Saints at 4:30 p.m. Locke took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Hawkins, who comes in off a win.

Hawkins is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Dymally, posting a 77-47 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Hawks as it put an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Locke played a tough matchup on Wednesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Jordan 89-35. The Saints haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.

Hawkins' victory ended an eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-18. As for Locke, their loss dropped their record down to 5-8.

Hawkins beat Locke 87-80 when the teams last played back in February of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hawkins since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
