Volleyball Recap: Kenton Ridge Beats Indian Lake for Their Fifth Straight Win

Kenton Ridge extended their winning streak to five on Tuesday, bumping them up to 12-2. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Indian Lake Lakers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cougars also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Leading Kenton Ridge to victory were Olivia Everhart and Addisyn Fourman. Everhart had 13 digs and one assist, while Fourman had seven digs. That's the most digs Everhart has posted over her last six matchups.

As for Indian Lake, with the defeat, they broke their nine-game winning streak and moved their record to 13-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss they have suffered since October 26, 2024.

Riley Ross and Addyson Roby certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Ross had 14 digs, while Roby had 15 assists and six digs. Roby is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 15 every time she's taken the court this season.

Looking ahead, Kenton Ridge will face off against Jonathan Alder at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Indian Lake, they will square off against Shawnee at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
