Soccer Recap: Rockwall-Heath Takes a Loss

Rockwall-Heath was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pearce Mustangs. If Rockwall-Heath were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to Pearce when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Rockwall-Heath's goal came courtesy of Penelope Mumphrey, who's now up to 13 this season.

Rockwall-Heath's loss dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Pearce, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 15-5-1.

Rockwall-Heath didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 1-0 defeat against Wylie on the 21st. As for Pearce, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-3 loss against Lamar on the 21st.
