Softball Recap: Ross Takes a Loss

Ross fell victim to Anthony Wayne and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Generals, falling 7-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Little Giants in their meetings with the Generals: they've now lost four in a row.

Ross' loss dropped their record down to 9-18. As for Anthony Wayne, their record now sits at 24-3.

Looking ahead, Ross will square off against Bowling Green at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bobcats have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.83 runs per game on average), something the Little Giants will no doubt try to take advantage of. Anthony Wayne does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
