Basketball Game Preview: Seffner Christian Crusaders vs. Berkeley Prep Buccaneers

Having just played yesterday, the Seffner Christian Crusaders will head out on the road to face off against the Berkeley Prep Buccaneers at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Friday, Seffner Christian strolled past Bayshore Christian with points to spare, taking the game 37-23. The victory continues a trend for the Crusaders in their matchups with the Faith Warriors: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, Berkeley Prep hadn't done well against Academy of the Holy Names recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Buccaneers managed a 43-39 win over the Jaguars. While the Buccaneers didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Berkeley Prep's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Seffner Christian, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
