Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Jones County walked away with it. They took down the Cedar Shoals Jaguars 55-38 on Tuesday. The Greyhounds are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 27 straight.

Jones County's victory was their 13th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 28-1. As for Cedar Shoals, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-20.

Coming up, Jones County will take on Northview on Friday. Northview is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.7 points per game this season. Cedar Shoals does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
