Lafayette Central Catholic is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They had just enough and edged out Covington 4-3.

Meanwhile, Rensselaer Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They came up short against Hanover Central, falling 5-1. While losing is never fun, Rensselaer Central can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana soccer rankings (they are ranked 294th, while Hanover Central are ranked 21st).

Rensselaer Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Lafayette Central Catholic, their win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 4-10-1.
