Juelz Carter Game Report: vs Horn + How To Watch

A big congratulations to Juelz Carter, who topped the rushing century mark for the first time in his career on Friday. He rushed for 206 yards and three scores while picking up 12.1 yards per carry as Cedar Hill took down Horn 42-31. Our internal rating system judged Friday's performance as the best he's ever given (but hopefully not for long).
