Volleyball Recap: West Salem Takes a Loss + How To Watch

West Salem lost against South Salem on October 2nd and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Titans lost 3-0 to the Saxons. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While West Salem ultimately came up short, they really made South Salem work, particularly in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 26-24, 25-19.

Leah Ioane was the offensive standout of the contest as she had ten digs and two aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last six matchups.

West Salem's loss dropped their record down to 12-12. As for South Salem, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 27-7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. West Salem is set to square off against their familiar foe Sprague at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, South Salem will take on rival McNary at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
