Volleyball Recap: Shasta Falls Short of Foothill in the Playoffs + How To Watch

Shasta and Foothill squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Shasta had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Cougars. The Wolves were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cougars earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Shasta's loss ended a five-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 20-10. As for Foothill, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-11 record this season.

Shasta does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Foothill, they will welcome Pleasant Valley at 3:00 p.m. on the 8th.
