Volleyball Recap: Valley Finds Home Court Redemption Against Milford

There's no place like home for Valley, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Milford Tigers on Wednesday. This was a revenge game for the Buffalos: when they faced off against the Tigers last Wednesday, they had to take a 3-1 defeat.

Valley had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-19, 25-18, 25-23.

Despite the loss, Milford still got an impressive performance from Alycia Sedillo, who had 16 digs and one assist. Sedillo is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 13 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Valley pushed their record up to 10-9 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Milford, their loss dropped their record down to 10-12.
