Football Recap: J.H. Rose Skates Past Triton with Ease

It's playoff time, and J.H. Rose had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Triton Hawks 47-10 on Friday. Considering the Rampants have won four games by more than 21 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

J.H. Rose's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tyshawn Bledsoe, who rushed for 83 yards and one TD. Bledsoe really tore up the turf during one magnificent 83-yard run. Another back making a difference was Ja'Vion Jordan, who rushed for 91 yards and one touchdown on only seven carries.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: J.H. Rose was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 253 rushing yards. They are a perfect 5-0 when they've run for more than 200 yards.

J.H. Rose didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Ni?Zayia (Tj) Corey and Isaiah Brown.

J.H. Rose now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Triton, their loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-8.

As of now, neither J.H. Rose nor the Hawks have any future games scheduled.
