Football Recap: Fridley Takes a Loss

Fridley played a tough matchup on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 52-6 defeat at the hands of the Totino-Grace Eagles. The loss continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost five in a row.

The critical scores for Totino-Grace came from Luther Bunge, Solomon Drummer, Julien Buchanan, Jaden Miller, Hans Hartinger, and Henry Cone.

Fridley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Totino-Grace, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fridley will face off against Academy of Holy Angels at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Stars will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Totino-Grace, they will take on Becker at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
