Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Herndon). They enjoyed a cozy 25-6 victory over the McLean Highlanders on Saturday. The win continues a trend for the Hornets in their matchups with the Highlanders: they've now won five in a row.

Herndon didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Max Fox.

Herndon's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for McLean, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
