Softball Recap: Tesoro Titans vs. Aliso Niguel Wolverines

Tesoro had lost three straight on the road, but on Thursday they dropped down to 5-15 to make it four. They fell just short of the Aliso Niguel Wolverines by a score of 9-8. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolverines this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 back in March.

Ellie Buffington made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Reese Fraser also deserves some recognition as she launched her first home run of the season.
