Football Recap: North Comes Up Short

North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were dealt a 53-0 defeat at the hands of the East Dragons. While losing is never fun, the Vikings can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 668th, while the Dragons are ranked 185th).

North's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for East, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. North is set to challenge their familiar foe Ellet at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, East will face off against rival Firestone at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
