Riley Bannin gave up the fewest hits she has since back in April of 2024 on Thursday. As a matter of fact, she produced her best game of the campaign: she struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.
