Volleyball Recap: Bentonville West Snags Tenth Victory in Last 13 Games

It's playoff time, and Bentonville West had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the Jonesboro Hurricane with a sharp 3-0 win on Monday. The Wolverines have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hurricane, too.

Audrey Calva paced Bentonville West's offense, picking up 12 kills. Calva got some help from Olivia Hamm and her 20 assists. Calva was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Bentonville West has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-11 record this season. As for Jonesboro, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-11-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Bentonville West nor Jonesboro have any future games scheduled.
