Baseball Recap: Capistrano Valley Christian Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Capistrano Valley Christian's offense. They came up short against the Temecula Valley Golden Bears on Friday, falling 14-0. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 5-1 to the Golden Bears when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Capistrano Valley Christian saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Braden Butler, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Capistrano Valley Christian is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-6. As for Temecula Valley, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Capistrano Valley Christian wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 21-0 victory against The Webb Schools on the 25th. As for Temecula Valley, they have also already played their next game, a 5-4 win against Rialto on the 26th.
