Volleyball Recap: Mojave Comes Up Short

Mojave was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Frontier Titans.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Frontier to victory, but perhaps none more so than Eden Wegis, who had eight digs and three aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Sarah Pringle, who had eight digs and two aces.

Mojave's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Frontier, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Mojave didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Antelope Valley on the 25th. As for Frontier, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Beckman on the 22nd.
