Football Game Preview: St. John's Jesuit Titans vs. Catholic Central Shamrocks

St. John's Jesuit is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Central Catholic just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They took a blow against the Fighting Irish, falling 42-7. The game marked the Titans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Catholic Central strolled into their game on Sunday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They claimed a resounding 41-8 win over Brother Rice. The Shamrocks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by 30 points or more this season.

St. John's Jesuit's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Catholic Central, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.

St. John's Jesuit took a serious blow against Catholic Central in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, falling 37-3. Can the Titans avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
