Preview: Tulpehocken Trojans vs. Pottsgrove Falcons
The Tulpehocken Trojans will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Pottsgrove Falcons at 7:00 p.m. Tulpehocken is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home.
Last Thursday, Tulpehocken lost to Daniel Boone at home by a decisive 51-32 margin.
Tulpehocken's loss came about despite a quality game from Aidan Schwalm, who scored 11 points. Schwalm scored a full 34.4% of Tulpehocken's points, the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Meanwhile, Pottsgrove waltzed into Thursday's matchup with two straight wins but they left with three. They blew past Antietam, posting a 72-27 victory at home. Fans of Pottsgrove have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season ended as a blowout.
Tulpehocken's win bumped their season record to 1-3 while Daniel Boone's loss dropped theirs to 1-2.
Tulpehocken skirted past Pottsgrove 52-50 when the teams last played back in December of 2022. Does Tulpehocken have another victory up their sleeve, or will Pottsgrove turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
