Walpole has gone 9-1 against Weymouth recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. After each having a week off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 10:00 a.m.

Walpole heads in on the heels of a playoff contest last Friday. They took a 34-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of Scituate. The Timberwolves' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Weymouth, who bounced back after a loss on the road on November 7th. They were the clear victors by a 56-35 margin over Quincy last Friday. Considering the Wildcats have won five matchups by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Weymouth's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Walpole, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.

Everything went Walpole's way against Weymouth when the teams last played back in November of 2024, as Walpole made off with a 35-12 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Timberwolves since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
