Volleyball Recap: Old Bethel Christian Takes a Loss

Old Bethel Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Psalms Christian Academy Ambassadors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Psalms Christian Academy this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

While Old Bethel Christian ultimately came up short, they really made Psalms Christian Academy work, particularly in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-19, 21-25, 28-26.

Old Bethel Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Psalms Christian Academy, their win ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 2-8.

Old Bethel Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Psalms Christian Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Bishop Noland Episcopal Day on the 26th.
