Soccer Game Preview: East Chapel Hill vs. Leesville Road

East Chapel Hill hasn't had much luck against Leesville Road recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The East Chapel Hill Wildcats will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on the Leesville Road Pride at 6:45 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

It was a proper cat-fight when East Chapel Hill faced off against Carrboro on Monday. East Chapel Hill fell just short of Carrboro by a score of 2-1. The loss was the Wildcats' first of the season.

Their goal came courtesy of Hazel Kaplan, which was the first she's scored this season.

Meanwhile, Leesville Road didn't have quite enough to beat Wake Forest on Monday and fell 2-1. The loss was the Pride's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Leesville Road fell to 1-1. As for East Chapel Hill, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.
