Providence Christian Academy entered their tilt with Jones County on Thursday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Greyhounds.

Providence Christian Academy had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-12, 15-9.

Sazy Cantrell paced Providence Christian Academy's offense, picking up 15 kills. Cantrell got some help from Sydney Cook and her 36 assists. Phoebe Wells controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
