The Kelly Walsh Trojans had to endure an eight-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They managed a 43-37 win over Riverton on Saturday. That's another feather in the cap for Kelly Walsh, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

Kelly Walsh's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kennedy Davila, who scored 17 points along with three steals and two blocks. Davila has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Lillian Hudson, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and four steals.

Kelly Walsh's win ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-10. As for Riverton, they dropped their record down to 1-12 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight at home.
