Volleyball Recap: Jefferson Comes Up Short

Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Harmony Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

While Jefferson ultimately came up short, they really made Harmony work, particularly in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 26-24, 25-22.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 11-20. As for Harmony, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-10.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Jefferson will face off against rival New Diana at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Harmony is set to take on their familiar foe Hughes Springs at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
