Platte Canyon has gone 8-1 against Jefferson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Huskies will challenge the Saints at 6:30 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Thursday, Platte Canyon made easy work of Alameda and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Huskies.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-8, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Jefferson beat Alameda 3-1 on Tuesday.

Jefferson had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-21, 25-20, 25-21.

Jefferson's victory bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Platte Canyon, the win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 5-7.

Platte Canyon took their victory against Jefferson when the teams last played back in September of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Huskies since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
