Soccer Recap: Fort Scott Takes a Loss

After soaring to four goals the game before, Fort Scott was a bit more limited in their matchup on Thursday. They lost 8-0 to the Chanute Blue Comets. Fort Scott haven't had much luck with Chanute recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Fort Scott's loss dropped their record down to 0-11-1. As for Chanute, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Coming up, Fort Scott will take on Independence at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fort Scott will need to watch out since Independence have now posted at least four goals in their last four matches. As for Chanute, they will head out on the road to square off against Pittsburg at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
