Volleyball Recap: Berean Academy Victorious

While Berean Academy didn't have the best season last year (they finished 16-21), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top against Elyria Christian by a score of 2-0 on Thursday. That's the first time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 2-0 victory on Thursday.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Berean Academy took both sets by at least 14 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-11.

Berean Academy is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3-1 record this season. As for Elyria Christian, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 6-9.
