Volleyball Recap: Monday's Win Is Rancho San Juan's Sixth in Last Seven Outings

If North Monterey County wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Rancho San Juan, they should've done a better job of containing Delylah Magdaleno. The Trailblazers had just enough and edged out the Condors 3-2 with plenty of help from Magdaleno, who had nine digs and five aces. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last three times she's played.

Rancho San Juan was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 26-24, 21-25, 16-25, 25-13, 15-13.

Rancho San Juan is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-7 record this season. As for North Monterey County, with the loss, they broke their four-match winning streak and moved their record to 17-11.
