Basketball Recap: Fort Morgan Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wiggins, Fort Morgan was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Prospect Ridge Academy Miners with a sharp 42-20 victory. The Mustangs not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since January 18th (when they won 72-37).

Fort Morgan's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Prospect Ridge Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Fort Morgan will head out on the road to take on Bennett at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Prospect Ridge Academy, they will face off against Stargate School at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The contest will give the Miners their first taste of in-conference action this season.
