Football Game Recap: Mt. St. Joseph Academy vs. Poultney

Poultney took care of business in their home opener. They were fully in charge on Saturday, breezing past Mt. St. Joseph Academy 55-0. Poultney was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast. This was the first game for both teams, giving Poultney a 1-0 record and starting Mt. St. Joseph Academy off at 0-1.

Poultney will look to defend their home turf next week against Windsor at 1:00 PM. Mt. St. Joseph Academy will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Missisquoi Valley at 1:00 PM.
