Highland Springs has gone a perfect 3-0 against Glen Allen recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Springers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Jaguars at 7:00 p.m. Glen Allen took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Highland Springs, who comes in off a win.

While Highland Springs' win against Hanover wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Springers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 30-27 victory over the Hawks on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Springers in their matchups with the Hawks: they've now won six in a row.

Highland Springs found their leader in sophomore Devlin Davis, who rushed for 104 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries.

Meanwhile, Glen Allen fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Freeman on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Mavericks by a score of 21-18. The Jaguars were up 15-0 in the third quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.

Glen Allen is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5. As for Highland Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.

Highland Springs came out on top in a nail-biter against Glen Allen when the teams last played back in November of 2024, sneaking past 23-20. Do the Springers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Jaguars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
