Football Recap: Randolph Comes Up Short

Randolph lost against Marion back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Ro-Hawks were outmatched by the Bulldogs and fell 49-21. Ro-Hawks fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Bulldogs since Friday.

This is the second loss in a row for Randolph and nudges their season record down to 2-5. As for Marion, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Randolph and Marion will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Ro-Hawks see the field they'll take on Llano at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th. As for Marion, their break will end when they face Ingram Moore at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th.
