TRENTON, N.J. - A big 32-point second quarter helped carry the Blue Devils to a 39-0 victory over Robbinsville (N.J.) on Saturday.

Ewing scored on a Devauntay Ellis touchdown run, a touchdown run by Ellis, a Vandy Hall touchdown pass to Savon Brittingham and a Hall touchdown run in the quarter.

The Trenton school grew its lead to 39 points entering the fourth quarter. The Blue Devils' lone score in the quarter came on a Ellis touchdown run.

Coming into the game Ewing had allowed 20.3 points per game this year. The defense really stepped up, holding the Ravens well below their season average of 9.7 points scored per game.

The Trenton school avenged last year's 24-7 loss to Robbinsville with the victory.

The loss comes after Robbinsville defeated Riverside 40-28 last week. The win brought Ewing's winning streak to three games.

In a non-conference game next week Ewing (4-3) takes on Burlington City, and Robbinsville (2-5) will go up against Pemberton also in a non-conference game.
