Frazier Mountain is a perfect 10-0 against Desert since October of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Falcons will venture away from home to face off against the Scorpions at 5:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Frazier Mountain is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Mammoth just ended the team's three-match winning streak on Thursday. They came up short against the Huskies, falling 3-0.

Frazier Mountain was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-21, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Desert lost 3-0 to Rosamond on Thursday. The Scorpions haven't had much luck with the Roadrunners recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Desert took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-16, 25-20.

Desert's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Frazier Mountain, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-9.

Frazier Mountain beat Desert 3-1 in their previous matchup back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
