Thales Academy Apex hasn't had much luck against Burlington Christian Academy recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Titans will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against the Royals at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Thales Academy Apex is coming home looking for redemption after taking a loss in their road opener. They were beaten by Chatham HomeSchool 84-41 on Thursday. The Titans were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-14.

Meanwhile, Burlington Christian Academy took a blow against Caldwell Academy on Tuesday, falling 90-59. The loss continues a trend for the Royals in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost six in a row.

Thales Academy Apex was dealt a bruising 85-49 defeat at the hands of Burlington Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in December of 2023.
