Volleyball Recap: Columbia Independent Comes Up Short

Columbia Independent lost against Hallsville back in August of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Columbia Independent fell 2-0 to Hallsville. Columbia Independent has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-18.

Columbia Independent's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Hallsville, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Columbia Independent and Hallsville will both be playing Linn the next time they take the court. Columbia Independent will head out to face Linn at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while Hallsville will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
