East Central kept a clean sheet against Laurel on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Laurel Golden Tornadoes as they made off with a 7-0 win. The Hornets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by three goals or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for East Central and bumps their season record up to 10-6. As for Laurel, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-10-1 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. East Central will face off against Gautier at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Gautier will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something East Central surely won't give up without a fight. As for Laurel, they will challenge Vancleave at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Laurel is facing Vancleave at the right time seeing as Vancleave is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
